Because I don't believe that you should have to pay for answers from someone else after already paying over 100.00 for the book. I personally don't think that it is fair to charge people an additional price tag to have more answers or an explanation to get the answer. Also because I personally know that not all students are able to go to a teacher during their office hours to ask for help with the answers.

If you don't help to teach what you know, don't complain that someone is stupid in what you know. No one is born smart.
